The process of preparation…

One afternoon in mid July Baltic Jamboree Chief Justinas Janulevicius and Commandant Andrius Kanaporis (aka Skerdzius) met up to discuss some matters regarding the program of the camp.

However, Skerdzius did not turn up on time and Chief was getting slightly bored.

Realising he was late and knowing that Justinas is tempered fellow Commandant got some flowers.

Nettle was in the bloom season, so Skerdzius got couple of them from the sidewalk.

As expected, chief was grumpy, because he was waiting so long.

But stingy nettles softened Justinas heart.

And with no time to waste debate started…

…about the hike, Olimpic Games, Visitors day on 11th of August…

…but then…

…the argument occurred.

Chief wanted to have porridge for breakfasts and commandant wanted sandwiches.

Chiefs temper broke through and he waved the nettles high…

He chased poor commandant Skerdzius round the biulding…

… and his squeaky scream for help could be heard far and wide.

That scream was herd by some friends of Skerdzius,

who listened carefully and came to help.

Chief Justinas dropped the nettles and fled for safety.

Skerdzius took advantage of his position and tried to convince chief he was right the hard way.

After some discussions in the tree and on the ground…

… both sides decided to put their guns down…

… and work together for better breakfasts. What the breakfasts will be you will find out in 6 days. See you in the camp!
