Start of registration

All inquiries relating to registration should be sent to: balticjamboree@googlemail.com

1. Fill in the registration form:
a. If you will be under 18 during 7-15 August 2010 (form 1);
b. If you will be 18 or older during 7 – 15 August 2010 (form 2);
c. You can put 1 to 99 people in one form;
d. In one form you can register only those people who will be 18 and older during the jamboree (August 7 – 15, 2010), or only people who will be under 18 years old.

2. Filled form should be emailed to balticjamboree@googlemail.com

3. Registration data will be checked and registration confirmation with registration code will be sent to you:
a. Jamboree participants can be members from any Scouting organizations who have payed organisation fee for 2010;
b. Every form will be checked for membership confirmation;
c. If the member haven’t payed the membership fee for 2010 the contingency period of 2 weeks will be granted to pay the organisations membership fee. After 2 weeks the enquiry about membership fee will be re-sent to an organisation. If the membership will not be payed by that time the registration form will be withdrawn;
d. When membership fee for 2010 will be confirmed, person will receive registration confirmation, registration code and other information.

Participation fee
Registration to the Jamboree is until the end of July 2010.

The participation fee is
- Participants – €100
- Volunteers – working in the jamboree (coming few days before and leave few days after) and group leaders – €50;
- Guests (scouts not from Baltic countries) – €120
- Day fee (if coming just for a day) – €30.
Participation fee is nor refundable.

Discounts:
1. 2 members from one family – 20 %;
2. 3 members from one family – 30 %;
3. 4 members from one family – 40 %;
4. 5 members from one family – 50 %;
