BALTIC JAMBOREE 2010 AMBERWAY
THE JOINT CAMP DAY 11TH AUGUST 2010
Everyone interested to know more about scouts are welcome to visit the Baltic Jamboree Amber Way on 11th of August. This day is open day for public.
1st part:
Every country is preparing their ‘Country presentation’ separately – setting up their villages. Also traditional food and activities are prepared.
2nd part:
The Countries Market is happening – opening of 3 different villages (Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian), and they are inviting to familiarize you with culture and customs of these countries.
Suggested bullet-points that every country could prepare:
• Traditional food and beverages
• Traditional games
• Traditional crafts
3rd part:
Campfires within the sub-camps where evening performances follows the different nationalities presentations.
