Letter to IST
Dear IST members,
We are glad you decided to join the Baltic Jamboree International service team (IST). We realy need your help to make the Jamboree perfect! During the Jamboree we will do a lot of various works: starting registering participants, finishing preparing programm.
So, lets start. IST members have to come to the Jamboree on 4th of August till 12 o‘ clock in the morning and make their subcamp. Then there will be a party of friendship in the evening with dances and sharing of gifts. Gifts should be small, personal and the theme is „the proud of your country“.
The works of IST will be organised by a principle of rotation. Why is it that? Beause we all are interested in learning something new, remember things which we had forgot and repeat good known. How will it go? Lets say you are IST member who wrote in the registration form the priorities „312“, that means that you 5-6th of August will help with pioneering in the campsite, 7-8th you will help to Baltic Force subcamp, 10- 12th you will help with programm to Fei Long subcamp and then 14- 15th you will work with food.
We are keeping your priorities which were written in registration form but it is also important to know and understand that it might need some help somewhere else in some time, so you might be asked to help there. IST works as Rapid Reaction Team ☺
This is the example of schedule of the works

IST spheres:
1) Food (Catering, preparing)
2) Helpers for people responsible for property
3) Helpers for programmers (Baltic Force, FEI LONG)
If you missed the gap about works in the registration form, you still have a possibility to inform us! It should be done until 1st of August via email address: justinajer@gmail.com (Name, surname „123“.
P.S.
At this moment we are searching people who would like to
• Film (person, who is interested/ can film)
• Administrate cinema of the Jamboree
• Be responsible for pioneering workshop
• Be responsible for a trip- guide
• Be responsible for wood studio
• Be referee during football competition
• Prepare lesson of massage
• Remake paper (one who is interested in paper‘s remaking)
If you are interested in some suggestions, do not hesitate to write and we will send description of the position.

Greetings from gurus of the IST subcamp! If you are 18 or older, have at least basics of English Language and you are prepared for hard work during the day (well, actually not so hard at all) you are more than welcome to register as IST crew member. Don‘t forget that hard work pays back well during the DAY-OFFS which you will remember even when a long time will have passed from this camp. By the way, IST members arrive 3 days earlier ad leave two days later, and the cost is only 50€, this includes meals and all atributes.
Daily schedule:
08:00 Wake up!
09:00 Breakfast
10:00 Work hard!
14:00 Dinner
15:00 Work harder!
19:00 Supper
20:00 Free time!
00:00 Silence
So, why aren‘t you still registering? Just fill in the form and send it to balticjamboree@googlemail.com. You can choose the order of spheres in which you want to be working by writing the numbers in comments, i.e. you want to work in Hygiene, then Food, then Programme, PR and finally pioneering, write a comment „21354“(numbers according to the table of IST spheres supplied). You get the point? (if not email Pofke – below) This isn‘t necessary and the spheres you will be working may not be as you selected.
IST spheres:
1) Food (handing out provisions, making food)
2) Hygiene (Maitenance of toilets and showers)
3) Programme helpers
4) Experts of Pioneering
5) Public Relations (registration, “paperworks”)
See YOU in the BalticJam2010 – Amber Way!
